Refund Policy
Guarantee - Police Test Tutor makes no express or implied representations, warranties, assurances or guarantees. If a Member (does not include a DEMO membership) completes all questions in the purchased test tutoring package and provides verifiable proof that he or she did not pass the corresponding exam or test, Police Test Tutor will provide that Member with complimentary access to the same test tutoring package (the content of which may vary from one access period to the next) for an additional period of time (same time frame as you purchased). The interview preparation package and cover letter/resume service is not part of this guarantee. To be eligible for this complimentary access the Member must:
- send an email to info@policetesttutor.com within 10 business days of receiving their exam or test results, and
- have an active account with Police Test Tutor; if an account is expired the complimentary guarantee request must be made within 30 calendar days from date of expiry, and
- the Member email must include a scanned copy of the Member's test results.
- The complimentary access guarantee is limited to one request per Member.
Police Test Tutor retains the right to deny, at our sole discretion, a request from a Member we reasonably believe is disingenuous in seeking the complimentary access provided in the guarantee policy.
Due to the nature of the online material, Police Test Tutor does not offer full refunds.
Technological errors, typos, minor mistakes. At times, you may experience a technological error, identify a minor typo, or an answer may not register as correct. Locating or experiencing this does not constitute grounds for a refund. Like any software, or online application, mistakes do occur and it's reasonable to expect them.
Police Test Tutor reserves the right to omit, change or edit the terms and agreement at any time without advance notice to customers.
The interview preparation package and cover letter/resume service is not part of this guarantee.
